GRID-Arendal is offering grants for investigative journalism on environmental crimes in the Arctic region.

GRID-Arendal is a non-profit environmental foundation based in Norway and supported by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation. The grants that the foundation offers normally go to investigative journalistic projects that focus on one or more countries on the OECD's list of Official Development Assistance.

For 2022, the foundation will also offer grants for investigative journalistic projects that focus on environmental crime in the Arctic region.

GRID-Arendal awards six scholarships, of 20,000 Norwegian kroner each. The application deadline is November 30, 2021.
