The Norwegian company Ølen Betong sues the Norwegian state, according to NRK.
This reason for the lawsuit is losses the company allegedly has suffered, following two of its key members of staff being expelled from Russia after pressure from the Norwegian intelligence services to enlist them as informants. The move woke the suspicion of FSB, according to the company.
The company is based near Stavanger and established an office in Murmansk in 2008. The company estimates its losses to some NOK 150 million at present.
