The Norwegian company Fjøssystemer [Barn Systems] has established a subsidiary called Laksesystemer [Salmon Systems], aiming to become a leading actor in land-based salmon feeding, according to iLaks.

Managing Director Andre Stenumgård of Fjøssystemer says they have already supplied feed equipment for land-based fish farming. Fjøssystemer had a 2017 turnover of NOK 800 millions.
