The Norwegian Fisheries Minister Harald T. Nesvik tightens control of the catching and sale of red king crab.

He argues that there have been several reports of violations of the current regulations and the Department of Trade, Industry and Fisheries has therefore decided to tighten the regulations, according to Nesvik.

The new regulations imply increased control of the entire sales process, and also introduce increased turnover requirements for acquiring full quota.
