It is safe to say that the situation concerning the COVID-19 pandemic in Iceland is good, according to RUV Iceland.

There were no new domestic COVID-19 cases diagnosed in Iceland last week.

Since 14th of June, no new case has been reported in the country.

Nearly nine in ten of those 16 years old or older have been vaccinated with at least one dose. 60 percent of residents are considered fully vaccinated.
