Fisheries Agreement Between Greenland and Great Britain

Last Monday, Greenland and Great Britain signed a new fisheries cooperation agreement, according to Sermitsiaq.

The agreement will be in force from 1 January 2021, when Great Britain is no longer part of the EU.

In relation to Brexit, the countries are also working on a new bilateral trade agreement, amongst others to secure Greenlandic export to Great Britain when the country is no longer part of the EU.
