The Sami Parliament in Finland has decided more time is needed to prepare for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, saying COVID-19 has slowed work considerably, according to Eye on the Arctic.

The parliament agreed that the November 2022 deadline should be pushed until the end of 2023, they announced on Monday.
