Nordic Defense Cooperation: New Cap of the North Agreement On Tuesday, the Nordic defense ministers met in Oslo within the format NORDEFCO. Norway, Sweden, and Finland signed an updated agreement on increased operational cooperation, especially regarding northern parts of the countries.
