Anita Parlow, Esq., MSt. an attorney and author served as a Fulbright Scholar, lectured at Georgetown University and Iceland School of Law, authoring numerus articles and two books. As co-editor of Climate and Conflict (Springer), Parlow is completing a book on Russia's hybrid warfare in the Arctic.
